♦ Good Vibes Review ~ The Don Juan

The Don Juan anal toy from Good Vibrations has recently become a favorite of my partners. I chose to review Don Juan in black, but it is also available in Ruby. Don Juan is a silicone anal plug with a flared base and three ellipses. The bloops, or ellipses, are what my partner says  makes this toy a winner. I’d have to agree with him on this.

Don Juan measures 4″ long, and 1″ at the widest point, and I’d say it’s a great sized plug to begin anal play with. It’s not intimidating. It’s also a very supple and flexible silicone, which is great for anal exploration. The three bloops stimulate the prostate, and also when you orgasm, you can pull the toy out slowly for the effect that anal beads have.
If you plan on sharing this toy like my partner and I have, remember that you have to sanitize it between each partners use. Or you can throw a new condom over it before each use. Either way, just make sure it’s safe for you or your partner to use.

The base on the plug is flared, which makes it safe for anal, but it’s shape allows it to nestle comfortably in yer butt crack. Unlike other plugs with circular bases. The oval shaped base fits very well in between our cheeks, and doesn’t hurt a bit. I’ve personally only used this toy a few times so far because my partner is a Don Juan hog, but I noticed that when I wore this plug and I used a dildo vaginally the base sort of got in the way. Not too much, and it definitely didn’t make play impossible. My guy doesn’t have to worry about the base getting in the way though, and he has a lot of fun wearing this plug. In fact because of Don Juan, he’s wanted anal play more often. [So, obviously this toy's a keeper for me.]

Unfortunately not all silicone toys on the market, are made with quality silicone. Most are, but then there are some toys labeled silicone, that aren’t actually pure silicone. So I’m very pleased to be able to tell you, for the great price of $22 you are definitely getting a quality, pure silicone, anal toy. This sex toy is safe for your body, and it’s affordable. Oh, and the black silicone is totally pretty! It almost has a silver swirl to it, and if you look very close, you’ll even see a tiny rainbow shimmer in it as well. It’s really, very pretty, especially in the candle light. [Especially in your lovers bum. ]

All in all, you’re getting a great toy for a low price. I’ve seen some bad stuff listed in the $25 and under category. But not at Good Vibes, they carry fabulous products, and Don Juan is a total keeper. It’s made of body safe silicone, and it’s phthalate free. The shape is perfect for prostate stimulation, and the flared base makes it entirely safe for anal. This sex toy is an all around win, and my partner and I both give Don Juan a high five.
