International Bacon Day!

Happy International Bacon Day folks! How will you be celebrating this unofficial holiday?

I’m making homemade Mac-n-cheese with bacon, bacon wrapped scallops, and a tasty Cesar salad topped with.. you guessed it.. fried pancetta crumbles!  A heart attack waiting to happen. And it’ll taste sooo damn good, it’s entirely worth it!

I will definitely be purchasing the bacon gift wrap! I absolutely NEED it to wrap up my dads Christmas gifts. He’ll probably enjoy the wrapping more than the gifts themselves.
