♦ Review: Sweet Beauty Chocolate Body Cream

Chocolate Pot de Crème is one of my favorite desserts to make, and also to eat. It’s basically a chocolate creme brulee, and it’s mouthgasmically delicious.

Babeland, the woman friendly and everyone friendly sex positive sex shop, recently started carrying Sweet Beauty, an all organic beauty line.  A week ago, Babeland offered Sweet Beauty’s Pot de Creme chocolate body cream for review. Of course… you all know that I love chocolate!¹ So I figuratively jumped at the chance to review this body cream.

My 2oz pot of Pot de Creme arrived quickly in a discreet manor. Just like it’s namesake, Pot de Creme chocolate body cream by Sweet Beauty is fabulous in every respect. It’s sumptuous chocolate scent is derived from Organic Fair Trade Theo Chocolate. It’s completely free of phthalates, parabens, silicones, sulfates, and artificial fragrances. And it’s entirely fabulous. Let me count the ways:

1. Its cocoa butter based creaminess does not leave a greasy feel afterward. At all. It simply hydrates the skin, leaving it moisturized and supple. And sexy.
2. It’s scent is chocolatey decadence. [It smells like a rich cup of hot cocoa. But it's not edible. You've been warned.]
3. The scent is not false smelling or too sweet, and it lingers romantically on the skin. It’s damn near romance lotion.
4. The container is a 2oz brown pot with a white screw on lid. It’s clean and professional looking, with a cacao pod as the graphic, and a clean easy to read font. [Yes sometimes looks do matter.]
5. One application lasted through out my day. Which is important, because a 2oz container is $10. [And worth every penny.]
6. My guy likes this stuff. This is very important to me, being that I like his kisses. I do, I love them. And honestly he tends to kiss and grope my body a bunch more when I use a lovely scented moisturizer or perfume. [Hey. I'll take lovin's anyway I can get it.]
7. Your skin will age gracefully if kept hydrated. Yes it’s true, dry skin leads to premature wrinkles. So slather up.

As I stated before the sweet beauty products are all organic. The ingredients in this cream are: distilled water, grape seed oil, shea butter oil, capuacu butter and babassu seed oil infused with organic fair trade cocoa and nibs, cocoa absolute, vegetable emulsifying wax, glycerin, stearic acid, natural chocolate flavor oil, honeysuckle extract, citric acid. Completely organic and entirely body friendly. Purrrrfect says this kitty!

Pot de Creme chocolate body cream by Sweet Beauty, is a five star product. And not only because I’m a chocoholic. I listed seven reasons why I’ll buy a pot when I run out. This body cream is entirely lovely. It’s organic. It hydrates well.
